By accessing and using AnimalMart ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

3. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to AnimalMart website and services
• "Vendor" refers to registered sellers who list animals for sale
• "Buyer" refers to users browsing and purchasing animals
• "Listing" refers to animal advertisements posted by vendors
• "Subscription" refers to paid vendor membership plans

4. User Eligibility

To use AnimalMart, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Vendor Responsibilities

4.1 Registration

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain valid contact details
• Keep account credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

4.2 Listing Requirements

• Provide accurate descriptions of animals
• Upload clear, genuine photos
• Set fair and honest pricing
• Ensure animals are legally owned and can be sold
• Comply with animal welfare laws
• Update or remove sold/unavailable listings promptly

4.3 Prohibited Listings

Vendors must NOT list:

• Endangered or protected species
• Illegally obtained animals
• Sick or diseased animals without disclosure
• Animals prohibited by law
• Stolen animals
• Animals for illegal purposes

6. Buyer Responsibilities

• Verify animal details before purchase
• Conduct due diligence on vendors
• Comply with local laws regarding animal ownership
• Ensure proper care and welfare of purchased animals
• Obtain necessary permits or licenses if required

7. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

• 3 Months Plan: ₹150 (60 listings)
• 6 Months Plan: ₹250 (60 listings)
• 1 Year Plan: ₹400 (60 listings)

6.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscriptions are non-refundable
• Subscription activates immediately upon successful payment
• No automatic renewal - manual renewal required

6.3 Listing Limits

• Each subscription allows up to 60 active listings
• Deleted listings free up space for new listings
• Listing limits reset with new subscription purchase

8. Content Moderation Policy

7.1 Our Rights

AnimalMart reserves the right to:

• Review and moderate all listings
• Remove listings that violate these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Refuse service to anyone at our discretion

7.2 Prohibited Content

• False or misleading information
• Offensive or inappropriate content
• Spam or duplicate listings
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Malicious code or harmful links

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AnimalMart, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by AnimalMart or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Vendors retain ownership of their listing content but grant AnimalMart a license to display, distribute, and promote their listings on the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AnimalMart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or reliability of listings
• The quality or condition of animals
• The conduct of vendors or buyers
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the platform will meet your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

AnimalMart acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• Transactions between buyers and vendors
• Quality, safety, or legality of animals listed
• Accuracy of vendor information
• Disputes between users
• Loss or damage arising from platform use
• Actions or omissions of vendors or buyers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for subscription services in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AnimalMart harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

13. Account Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You post prohibited content
• Required by law

14. Privacy

Your use of AnimalMart is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
