5. Platform Role Disclaimer

AnimalMart operates solely as an online technology platform that enables users to create listings and connect with other users.

AnimalMart does not buy, sell, own, breed, or directly trade animals or products listed on the platform. All listings are created and managed by independent users.

Any transaction, agreement, or communication regarding the actual animals or products occurs directly between users. AnimalMart is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding the animals or products themselves.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

We do not accept refund requests after a purchase has been completed. If you attempt to dispute a charge or file a chargeback with your payment provider:

  • Your account may be suspended or terminated
  • You may be banned from using AnimalMart
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees
  • Legal action may be taken against you

7. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this no-refund policy are:
